I had a great experience at Quinta Mercedes. Allan, Alejandra and Adrian were very friendly and personable also very helpful. The hotel and property are beautiful and comfortable. Easy access to el centro. I arrived to Guanajuato driving and so was very happy to find such a great spot with a secure parking lot where I could access my truck easily when needed. Most importantly they made me feel so welcome I didn’t want to leave. And I will definitely return. Thank you all for everything!!
